I can't believe my first attempt was more than a year ago. Just goes to show my diligence, eh? So now I try again. It's like a belated new year's resolution.
Today I saw someone who several years ago was unbelievably mean, and I managed to behave like a grown-up, even shook his hand, etc. I'm actually sort of proud of myself. Sad, I know. Also had a lovely lunch with my friend Megan, and though the conversation may not have been sunshine and roses, it was absolutely wonderful to finally spend some time with her again. Then, off to the library where I swear the librarian guy was flirting or hitting on me, or something. I can tell ya one thing, it ain't wishful thinking. *shudder*
